Friday:after a week of making the appointment,my Cable Company,Choice Cable TV of Puerto Rico,comes and opens my account,and installs a modem.I try for three days to get things to work.Thinking it was my older router,I went on Sunday and bought a new router,nope.then I look at the modem,which looks a bit old,yep Motorla 2000.Two programs in my computer are telling me the router work but no connection.I try calling for help,.after an hour,the message system,bumps me.I call again,it bumps me again.
Monday:I call,after twenty minutes,I get an annoying person telling me I have a connection,when in fact everything works,but no connection...I get a service call for Wensday.Not wanting to wait,I go and buy a new Modem.I set it up and call the ISP to activate my modem.No,we cant activate it over the phone,no the tech cant activate your brand new modem,you have to bring it in to one of our office to activate the modem.Stay tuned folks,this is going to be fun.......
